Gained weight during Pesach? Read this !

Here is a list of foods that are known to help with weight loss... I found the list on my saved file box from a LOOOONGGGGG time ago, I can't remember where it is from as I got it via e-mail..But I do remember IT WORKS really good : ) !!!! Enjoy.
