Here is a list of foods that are known to help with weight loss... I found the list on my saved file box from a LOOOONGGGGG time ago, I can't remember where it is from as I got it via e-mail..But I do remember IT WORKS really good : ) !!!! Enjoy. Seriously I asked myself this question while staring at my red rimmed eyes! At first I thought it was just some weird dust allergy. So I had to brainstorm on finding a way not to look like a rejected "Twilight" cast member (pale with red eyes) . I found it! mostly antihistamines and white eye pencil on the waterline and darker liner towards the edge of the waterline. I also dressed in colors that flattered my skin tone. I have warm skin undertones... if you don't know weather you have a cool or warmer tone follow this tips should help you find out. Find two color swatches of both silver and gold or some coins. Stand under a natural light source by the window .(Never test your skin under fluorescent lights because it distorts how your skin color looks) Remove all jewelry for clarity. Place a gold tone jewelry piece next to one hand and a silver one next to the other. The hand that appears to have a healthy, bright glow is the winner. The other color

I find it very cute that for Spring 2012’s statement collars don’t even require a shirt ; they can be found as their very own individual trend in the runways in the form of cool necklaces in lace , leather and metal or just worn the good ol Tznius way. enjoy! I love shell dresses! I own a black one and believe me I am really getting some milage out of it. I think I need at least 3 more : ) I really hope the people who make them would consider adding more neutrals I want a tan one , a gray one for silverish metallic’s ,cream looks fresh with gold and warm hues and a crisp white one because it's perfect for those often see through crisp white summer dresses. Here are some ways I have worn mine: *with long tunics. *under a cute yet too short dress (my fave way) *as a slip under flowy dresses *As a maternity shell!! Paired with a cardigan and skirt, no "peek a belly" regardless how huge I was! *with a skirt on top doubling as a "longer" (the longer is too short on me! at 5'6 1/2... ok let's say 5'7 to round it shall we? 1-Nearly every designer incorporated a Burgundy wine hue into their collection, making this color trend both insanely flattering and insanely easy to track down and pull off. Looks amazing when paired with camel & gray...for a more "fearless" look try pairing it with turquoise, purple or mustard. Ocean hues like navy, turqoise and teal looked amazing at Tory Burch and Tommy Hilfiger. 2- Belts! skinny, thick and even a "harness" one ...I will skip the later : ) (too weird IMO)Tommy had equestrian touches. From what I can glean from having seen the Spring collections on the catwalk,the fashion world is in a very optimistic mood this season, filled with fresh, exuberant colour or perhaps wishful thinking and to a certain degree escapism. Must haves for spring!! Pick any pretty pastels in colors that flatter you. Wear rose toned jewels & pearls for a retro touch. Since color is king this spring you can find something flattering pick your fave as they are all "in" . I love the range in hues from the finest of delicate pastels to the standout neons (they can look quite cute and fresh when used in small doses and paired with neutrals, be brave !) My fave combo is white,gray,acid yellow. Marine/mermaid Blues: the shade of the moment in everyday clothes and makeup and smart too looks awesome if sparkly , I am loving the navy smoked eye!! teal, navy sky blue...take your pic!. I was talking to a friend about lace front wigs..hmmmm after this picture of beyonce I say "proceed with extreme caution" . LOL IMNSHO stick to a regular sheitel, if these ladies with a TEAM of stylists at their fingertips cannot get it right.....what is left for the rest of us regular girls ?? Spring is coming and with it a fabulous new fashion season!!!! Many past trends have been reworked and reinterpreted in to very nostalgic ladylike looks that fit perfectly into our tznius dress code. This season it seems that grace Kelly was the muse of many, no more “borrowing from the boys” or any military inspired silhouettes or details B’H just a return to femininity and glamour. Call it the “cate Middleton” effect but dressing is all about “princess chic” I wonder if designers are secretly hoping cate will pick them exclusively....after all Jackie had Oleg Cassini as her exclusive stylist/designer.
