Around the GTA there are a ton of discount stores and outlets offering a large selection of merchandise up to 70% off the retail price, all year round. You’ll find everything from home furnishings to designer fashions that are well worth the drive.

Dixie Outlet Mall
Legions of individual shoppers and motor coach tours have taken the short trip off the Q.E.W. between Toronto and Buffalo to Dixie Outlet Mall, offering 150 top brand name, manufacturer and retail outlets.
Orfus Rd. Outlets
You can find almost anything along Orfus Rd. There are plenty of discount retailers including Kitchen Stuff Plus, Roots, Nine West, Snugabye Factory Outlet, Fairweather Outlet, Randy River Outlet and many more.
Colossus Centre
Colossus Centre is comprised of a number of outdoor complexes. You’ll find a combination of manufacturers’ outlets, specialty retail and chain stores.
Plaza Del Sol
This outdoor complex is located just west of the Colossus Centre on the north side of Highway #7.
Pacific Mall
North Toronto’s Pacific Mall is the largest indoor Asian mall in North America. The shopping attraction incorporates a traditional Pacific market style and has over 500 stores selling a large variety of retail goods as well as herbs, prepared Chinese foods and entertainment. Cool place to take my Hello Kitty obsessed girls!

This north-end shop is packed to the rafters with women’s clothes including dresses. The ambience is pure bargain basement so dress the part (confy layers that allow you to try stuff on the spot) Chaotic ..., but the clothes, all brand new (consisting of manufacturer’s overruns and overstock) are a fashion hound’s dream ,worth the adventure.

Five on Spadina
One of the city’s best kept secrets, at Five you’ll find end-of-line stock or last season’s offerings reduced in price by 50 to 80 per cent, from brands such as Paul Frank, Laundry and BCBG. But the best stuff here is from hip foreign labels: Chocolate, the upscale Brazilian line, or Vero Moda from Denmark. AMAZING!!!
Honest Ed’s
Everyone in the city has shopped here at least once, and most tourists have to visit once before leaving the city, if only to see all those lights once night falls. Flash aside, you can find the kitsch you crave, groceries, housewares, hardwares, toiletries and clothing. Name brands can be found here among the rest.
And for the little ones ....stunning simcha dresses can be found for (drumroll)....are you stting down? $5!!!! Kosher food deals are found in the food section around pesach like large kedem juice for a $1! last year..
